**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- El SRE es un pensador estratégico y ayudará a impulsar a Kyndryl a mejorar continuamente el estado del servicio y a mantener un monitoreo sólido, alertas e informes sobre entornos compatibles e identificar áreas que requieren automatización, además de impulsar iniciativas de modernización de infraestructura.
Debe ser un líder experto en construir una relación de confianza con nuestros clientes y asociarse con ellos para el éxito.
- Se centrarán en los servicios de extremo a extremo en los sitios y plataformas de los clientes, comprendiendo el ciclo de vida del servicio de la infraestructura de TI para impulsar mejoras en la confiabilidad del sitio, definir SLO, liderar las comunicaciones con los clientes relacionadas con la entrega y presentar hallazgos, resultados y propuestas a todas las partes interesadas.
- Tendrán una formación en Arquitectura con una sólida base técnica en múltiples disciplinas de infraestructura, con una profunda experiência técnica en el servicio de grandes entornos empresariales.
Debe haber trabajado en un entorno Agile y debe tener conocimiento en metodologías de gestión de servicios como ITIL.
- Es colaborador, proactivo, emprendedor, capaz de manejar la responsabilidad y le encanta innovar.
Teniendo en cuenta la calidad, la solidez y la seguridad, impulsará e implementará nuevas herramientas para facilitar las operaciones, mejorar la confiabilidad, recopilar información sobre nuestras plataformas y realizar cambios para resolver o mitigar problemas operativos comunes.
- Trabajará para mejorar la automatización de los procesos comunes y encontrar mejoras y soluciones innovadoras para ayudar a que los servicios se escalen y se vuelvan cada vez más autorreparables.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Arquitecto de infraestructuras con experiência.
- Gestión operativa, incluida la gestión de incidentes y escalamiento.
- Experiência trabajando o funcionando como SRE.
- Experiência en resolución de problemas en sistemas de producción y realización de RCA.
- Experiência laboral en Servicios de Infraestructura.
- Experiência previa trabajando con plataformas de nube pública como AWS, Openshift, Azure, GCP u otras.
- Experiência implementando la mejora de procesos a través de la automatización.
- Experiência en informes de gestión de capacidad de infraestructura, pronósticos y gestión del rendimiento.
- Experiência en consultoría y asesoramiento, particularmente en el espacio de infraestructura empresarial.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno global, multicultural y diverso.
- Conocimiento de cargas de trabajo en contenedores y plataformas de gestión como Docker o Kubernetes.
- Sólida experiência en soluciones y diseño en un entorno empresarial: servidor Windows, servidor Linux (es preferible RHEL), UNIX (AIX, Solaris), servidor Windows, almacenamiento y Hyperscaler Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Buena capacidad de liderazgo / habilidades
