Job Description This is a remote position.Job Highlights: Contract: Independent Contractor Work schedule: Flexible between 8am to 7pm ESTClient Timezone: Chicago, Illinois, USA Responsibilities: Follow up with referring entities, ensuring seamless communication and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with healthcare providers, clinics, and other key stakeholders to promote collaboration and referral opportunities.
Sustain and develop marketing relationships to enhance visibility and strengthen our presence within the healthcare community.
Serve as the primary liaison for B2B interactions, representing the organization with professionalism and expertise.
Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to align outreach initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
Track and report on B2B relationship metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the success of initiatives.
Requirements Previous experience in a medical, healthcare, or marketing-related role, with a focus on relationship management.
Bilingual Spanish speakers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules effectively, meetings, and follow-ups.
Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare referral processes is a plus.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
