**What You'll Bring**:
Apoya a los equipos de Producto y Ventas a implementar oportunidades de negocio que requieren atención en fábrica.
Una vez recibe la asignación el rol gestiona la implementación desde la coordinación de entendimiento y levantamiento de requerimiento, construcción de cronograma, gestión de recursos relacionados al proyecto, seguimiento interno y externo, retroalimentación, entrega y soporte post producción.
El objetivo, es que sus aportes contribuyan a incrementar o mejorar la experiência de cliente, estructurando la gestión de requerimientos de principio a fin, generando acuerdos y comunicación constante hacia los distintos participantes del proyecto.
- Apoyando al equipo Comercial, Consultoría y Producto a abordar las oportunidades de negocio del cliente.
- Entendiendo y gestionando el levantamiento de requerimientos funcionales para la implementación de soluciones con clientes estratégicos.
- Gestionando al equipo y los recursos disponibles para lograr el objetivo propuesto a nível de tiempo, costo, alcance y calidad.
- Manteniendo actualizada la información y documentación de cada requerimiento.
- Gestionando proyectos con equipos de trabajo multiculturales.
- Construyendo claridad en la gestión de los proyectos: proceso, alcance, compromisos y responsables.
**Impact You'll Make**:
Los requisitos básicos para esta posición se describen a continuación:

- Ingeniero de Sistemas, Industrial y/o Electrónica, Administrador de Empresas u otras carreras relacionadas, con conocimientos en gestión de tecnología y de software, levantamiento de requerimientos, definición y diseño de procesos y gestión de proyectos.
- Por lo menos 3 años de experiência general de los cuales 2 años en gestión de proyectos o requerimientos.
- Experiência en herramientas ofimáticas y de gestión de proyectos como Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio y Project.
- Capacidad de desarrollar relaciones de manera efectiva y comunicarse de manera asertiva orientada al cliente.
- Habilidades en presentaciones de alto impacto.
Comunicación a nível gerencial y administrativo.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Buena comunicación verbal, narrativa y habilidades de negociación.
- Experiência en levantamiento de requerimientos, gestión de proyectos de tecnología e interacción directa con clientes.
- Flexibilidad al cambio.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Experiência con metodologías ágiles.
