Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para sumarse al equipo de Cabify Logistics como Operations Manager.
Misión del puesto Este cargo tiene bajo su impacto dos audiencias, los clientes corporativos y los conductores.
Esto implica ser el principal responsable de todos los indicadores de servicio de cara a los clientes corporativos y de cara al recurso colaborativo necesario para cumplir con las metas de crecimiento y expansión.

Liderando proyectos de mejora para el área y en la búsqueda continua de soluciones efectivas, escalables con foco en automatización de tareas.
Detectando oportunidades de mejora en las distintas líneas de negocio frente a las audiencias descritas.
Optimizando procesos y realizando análisis en conjunto a los equipos globales, con foco en automatización de tareas y desarrollo de nuevas y mejoras para la aplicación.
Trabajando con equipos globales, locales y de soporte para asegurar la mejor calidad de servicio para todas nuestras audiencias.
Analizando y optimizando los procesos de configuración interna para mejorar el desarrollo de nuestros productos en nuestra plataforma.
Expandiendo nuestros modelos de servicio a nuevas geografías articuladamente.
Deberás dar seguimiento y optimizar los principales KPIs del área.
Gestionando indicadores a nivel corporativo con despliegue de planes de acción para su mejora en eficiencia, niveles de servicio y escalabilidad.
Gestión de flota necesaria para la operación de unidad, incluyendo adquisición de conductores, soporte de incidencias, entre otras.
Lo que estamos buscando: Ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas o afines, especialización en operaciones o logística (deseable).
Experiencia en startups de tecnología (must-have) y en empresas enfocadas en logística (opcional).
Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en operaciones, procesos operativos, consultoría o campos afines.
Más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de equipos.
Desarrollar estrategias para fortalecer la propuesta de valor y liderar la mejora continua.
Mentalidad analítica y data-driven, con experiencia en resolución de problemas.
Dominio y experiencia comprobada en implementación de proyectos de mejora continua, Lean Six Sigma y otras metodologías ágiles.
Conocimiento sobre proceso de operaciones, creación de manuales, flujogramas e indicadores de gestión.
Sólidos conocimientos de análisis estadísticos, simulación de escenarios y métodos cuantitativos.
