Project Director Functional It

Important company in the technology sector requires for its team a Project Director Functional IT with at least Minimum 8 years performing: Manage a major IT project for the bank (know how to position it within the Company and its strategy) while ensuring compliance with the previously defined Quality, Costs and Deadlines criteria.
IT project management for large-scale projects (over 12 people) or for a portfolio of projects.
Manage or supervise the management - as the case may be - of the various tasks assigned to the Project Owner as part of project management (requirements, validation of project specifications, acceptance testing, experimentation, etc.).
Frame the allocated budgets (budget compliance).
Manage the project owner's IT project and reports: organise and create timely project reports in its different phases and at the appropriate hierarchical level.
Participate, if necessary, in decision-making Committees when the project is on the agenda.
Contract management with the client's management.
Coordinate with all the teams involved and meet their different expectations in line with the bank's policy guidelines, while ensuring compliance with the project management rules set between the Project Owner and the Project Management.
Define and implement a structure designed for the project (Identify, evaluate, and allocate tasks to different stakeholders of the project, and Project Planning).
Manage contacts with all the teams by identifying the right level of responsibility according to the type of decision to be taken.
