Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Creative Director to lead the development and execution of creative campaigns.
This role is pivotal in shaping visual identities, driving innovative ideas, and ensuring the highest standards of design and communication.
You will work closely with our team to craft compelling visuals and concepts that resonate with audiences, particularly in the energy space or related industries.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Campaigns: Conceptualize and develop fresh, innovative ideas for marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and industry trends.
Graphic Design: Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality visual content, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms.
Communications Design: Craft designs that effectively communicate the intended message and enhance brand identity.
Execution: Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand project goals, provide creative direction, and execute campaigns effectively.
Industry Awareness: Develop designs and campaigns that resonate with audiences in the energy sector or related fields.
Social Media Campaigning: Design and execute impactful social media campaigns to enhance brand engagement and audience reach.
Social Media Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate leads through targeted social media initiatives and innovative digital content.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Creative or Marketing Director, preferably with a focus on campaigns in the energy sector or similar industries.
Design Expertise: Strong background in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creative campaign work and innovative concepts.
Creative Vision: Ability to develop unique, forward-thinking ideas and bring them to life.
Language: English C1 level proficiency (required).
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate with teams to ensure alignment.
Project Execution: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects and mentor team members to achieve outstanding results.
Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for campaign execution and lead generation.
Cultural Alignment: Innovative Thinking: Embraces creativity and consistently seeks new ideas.
Team Collaboration: Works effectively in a team-oriented environment, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Compensation: Salary Range: $1,700 - $2,200 USD.
