The Senior Supply Chain Analyst in-country will support the Global Logistics, Planning, Process and Optimization team located in Miami, FL.
The mission of this team is to be the Internal Competency engine providing end to end visibility, transparency and transformation within the Global Supply Chain across multiple domains and planning horizons, and driving complex analytics that are essential to help the organization maximize value from the supply chain across all the brands and channels.
A successful candidate in this role utilizes analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict and enhance the value chain.
This includes having the ability to build positive work relationships, mutual trust and respect in order to create the collaborative relationships required.
Who You Are Bilingual (English and Spanish) Proven working experience as a data/business analyst Detail oriented Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Ability to translate business needs into analytical specifications Ability to make strategic recommendations based on analytical results Effective team member with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize, multi task and work under tight timelines.
Highly energized personality with a positive attitude and passion for data analysis, analytics and management Responsibilities Collecting, consolidating and normalizing data/master data to support Modeling and Analytics Responding to data requests by determining needs, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data in order to provide accurate and complete reports Working with peers and cross functional partners to perform a variety of ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested Performing checks and audits of various data sources to ensure data is accurate and complete Recommending and implementing better ways to make the process lean and efficient directly supporting Planning and Operations Acquire/Extract data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain Databases/data systems as needed Filter, clean and normalize data, review reports, worksheets, and performance indicators to validate data Maintain data dictionary by revising and entering definitions Create and document logical data integration strategies for data flows between disparate source/target systems, Enterprise Data Warehouse and the Data repository database Define and maintain standards for naming, describing, governing, managing, modeling, cleansing, enriching, transforming, storing, searching and delivering enterprise wide data Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Work closely with cross functional teams to prioritize business and information needs Design strategic and tactical models for modeling demand chain network and inventory configurations to support future required capabilities and capacities Our Commitment We not only embrace and celebrate the diversity of our membership base and communities but also strive to achieve the same in our employees.
