We are looking now for Performance Marketing Manager to join our TripleTen LATAM team and help us expand our presence in Latina America.
What you will do Manage and optimize TikTok Ads – set up, monitor, and analyze campaigns.
Support marketing operations – handle data structuring in Google Sheets, input information, and assist in reporting.
Track trends & brainstorm ideas – monitor TikTok/Meta creative trends, research new creatives, and contribute to ideation sessions.
Assist with general User Acquisition tasks – help to optimize traffic funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with international team of marketing professionals to improve performance and explore new marketing strategies.
Requirements Experience in paid social marketing – ideally TikTok Ads.
Analytical mindset – comfortable working with numbers, reports, and campaign performance data.
Attention to detail – ability to structure and organize information efficiently.
Proactive & eager to learn – we'll help develop your hard skills, but you must be self-motivated.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
