**RESUMEN**
Cuso International (Cuso) es una organización de desarrollo que trabaja para reducir la pobreza y la desigualdad a través de los esfuerzos de voluntarios y voluntarias altamente calificados, asociaciones de colaboración y la generosidad de sus donantes.

Cuso trabaja en África, Asia, América Latina y el Caribe.
Cuso está implementando el proyecto _Sustainable Colombian Opportunities for Peacebuilding and Employment (SCOPE) (_o _Empleos para construir futuro_ en español), financiado por Gobierno de Canadá, que ofrece formación a la medida, y oportunidades de empleo que respondan a las necesidades actuales del mercado laboral a personas migrantes venezolanas, jóvenes en situación de riesgo, mujeres y víctimas del conflicto armado en ocho ciudades de Colombia: Bogotá, Soacha, Medellín, Cali, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Buenaventura y Quibdó.
Adicionalmente está implementando el proyecto VENSIT que ofrece formación a la medida y oportunidades de empleo a la población Colombiana y Venezolana.
El o la Oficial Financiera/o proporcionará apoyo y soporte al área administrativa y financiera para el proyecto VENSIT.
**RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE Y ENTREGABLES**
- Realizar registros contables precisos de la informacion financiera del proyecto de manera precisa y a tiempo
- Calculo de la nomina para el personal del proyecto de manera mensual
- Documentar tanto los registros contables como los pagos de nómina de acuerdo con la metodología de Cuso International
- Preparar y presentar informes financieros mensuales del proyecto
- Procesar los reembolsos del personal, conciliar las cajas menores en territorio y llevar un adecuado control de estos procesos
- Realiza el cierre mensual del proyecto y sus respectivas conciliaciones
- Mantener las cuentas por pagar al día a fin de asegurar registros completos y precisos de dinero
- Realizar revisiones mensuales de ejecución del proyecto
- Apoyar en la preparación para auditoria de donantes
- Otras tareas acordes a su cargo
**PERFIL REQUERIDO**
**Education**
Título de Contador/a Publico
**Experiência**
- Mínimo de tres (5) años de experiência laboral en registro de transacciones, análisis y presentación de reportes.
- Actualización en impuestos.
- Experiência comprobada trabajando con software financiero y de contabilidad, hojas de cálculo de Excel (nível avanzado), Outlook, correo electrónico, bases de datos y power point.
- Experiência en creación de informes financieros precisos y claros
- Gran capacidad de comunicación con colegas diversos y en diferentes territorios
- Experiência previa trabajando con ONG y proyectos de cooperación internacional con donantes como GAC, UNCHR, UE.
**Habilidades y Competencias**
- Gran atención al detalle, incluyendo la capacidad de identificar, resolver y corregir errores/proponer soluciones.
- Gran capacidad de análisis contable
- Manejo del tiempo
- Confidencialidad de la informacion
- Capacidad demostrada para trabajar eficazmente en un contexto multicultural, en múltiples equipos que pueden estar geográficamente dispersos.
