Descripción del cargo
El equipo de Onboarding es el área encargada de garantizar que los clientes adopten el producto de manera eficiente y efectiva, logrando resultados tangibles desde el inicio.

El Onboarding Project Manager será responsable de diseñar, optimizar e implementar procesos de onboarding, asegurando una experiencia eficiente y de alto impacto para los clientes.
Trabajará de manera estratégica para mejorar continuamente los procesos, gestionar proyectos y optimizar herramientas tecnológicas como HubSpot, Vitally y Mixpanel, garantizando la medición de indicadores clave para asegurar el éxito del cliente.

Responsabilidades Diseño y mejora de procesos: Analizar y optimizar procesos de onboarding, creando playbooks y frameworks estandarizados.
Proponer estrategias innovadoras basadas en mejores prácticas.Implementación y gestión de herramientas: Configurar e integrar plataformas CRM (HubSpot, Vitally, Mixpanel) y automatizar procesos que optimicen el onboarding.Gestión de proyectos: Liderar proyectos de implementación de software y mejoras de procesos, y capacitar a equipos internos y clientes.Análisis y métricas: Monitorear datos de clientes, establecer KPIs y generar reportes sobre el impacto de los procesos en los resultados de los clientes.

Habilidades Análisis de datos complejos para tomar decisiones basadas en insights.Dominio de herramientas como HubSpot, Vitally, Mixpanel y CRM en general.Experiencia en automatización de procesos y tech-touch en onboarding.Habilidades de gestión de proyectos, organización y documentación.Capacidad para diseñar estrategias de marketing y comunicación orientadas al cliente.Excelente comunicación y colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
