**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
This role will contribute to Franchise Rare Diseases to create and adapt promotional and no promotional content for multiples channel and formats, provide valuable information through the interpretation of report analysis to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies, supporting the growth of the business and the achievement of the Franchise's objectives.
This position reports to the Product Manager Hematology and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Support the development of the local brand plan of hematology products to contribute to business performance.
- Responsible for creating promotional and no promotional local content and its adaptation for different formats (PDF files, Videos, Infographics) across the company´s digital channels available for Rare Diseases Franchise.
- Centralize and analyze available information to provide valuable inputs that contribute with the franchise strategy.
- Assist the Product manager with the develop of promotional materials and implementation of digital strategy and others (contracts, presentations, etc).
- Support the execution and follow up of the franchise events plans to guarantee the completion of processes within the time and in compliance with all the policies and procedures.
- Support and implemented administrative procedures.
- Follow up and execution the franchise Opex.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
**Experience & Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Graphic design, marketing, or related field.
- Design tools management such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesing, canva and video editing.
- Desired at least 1 year of experience in marketing, commercial, or related areas.
- Experience in Digitals initiatives and tools, projects, and content development.
- Demonstrates understanding and experience working under policies and procedures (i.e.
Contracts, Meetings & Events, Due diligence, promotional materials).
- Office tools management.
- Excel intermediate.
- Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis.
- Intermediate English: Fluent written and spoken.

- Strong communication skills (with staff, colleagues, and senior management) both written, oral and presentations.
- Highly organized, creative and detail-oriented.
- Creativity, process and solution design, demonstrating the ability to develop new ideas for the franchise/organization

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**
Este puesto contribuirá a la Franquicia de Enfermedades Raras para crear y adaptar contenido promocional y no promocional para múltiples canales y formatos, proporcionar información valiosa a través de la interpretación de análisis de informes para contribuir al desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de marketing y comerciales, apoyando el crecimiento del negocio y la consecución de los objetivos de la Franquicia.
La posición reporta a la Product Manager Hematology y está basada en Bogotá, Colombia.
**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Apoyar el desarrollo del plan de marca local de los productos de hematología contribuyendo en el desarrollo del negocio.
- Responsable de la creación y adaptación de contenido promocional y No promocional de la Franquicia Rare Deseases en diferentes formatos (PDF, Videos, Infografías) para los canales digitales disponibles de la compañía.
- Centralizar y analizar la información disponible proporcionando insights valiosos que contribuyan con la estrategia de la franquicia.
- Asistir al Gerente de Producto en el desarrollo de material promocional e implementación estrategia digital entre otras, (elaboración de contratos, presentaciones, etc).
- Apoyar la ejecución y el seguimiento de los planes de eventos de la franquicia para garantizar la finalización de los procesos en el plazo previsto y de conformidad con todas las políticas y procedimientos.
- Apoyar en la implementación de los procesos administrativos.
- Seguimiento y ejecución del OPEX.
**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**
**Experiência y educación**:
- Profesional en Administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, diseño gráfico Publicidad y mercado o áreas relacionadas
- Deseable 1 año de experiência en marketing, comercial o áreas relacionadas.
- Demostrar conocimiento en desarrollo de contenidos digitales, piezas gráficas y
- Manejo de herramientas office.
- Demostrar conocimiento y experiência de trabajo bajo políticas y corporativos (e.j.
Contratos, reuniones y eventos, y materiales promocionales).
- Excel intermedio.
- Análisis de información cuantitativa y cualitativa.
- Ingles intermedio.
- Capacidades de diseño (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc).
