You will be coordinating with multiple business stakeholders to gather their requirements and convert them into technical solutions within Atlassian/ Devops tools.
You will provide SME level efforts to support Jira/ Confluence on the Atlassian cloud platform.
You will own functions related to projects, permissions, workflow, and customizations.
You will develop key initiatives such as implementation, permission grouping, and service desk/ software forms.
You will support automation and testing addons for Jira such as Tempo, Test Rail, Script Runner, etc.
Additional tasks will include administrative support for all Atlassian tools (Product Discovery, Statuspage, Opsgenie, Atlassian Access), developing/ maintaining integrations, instance support/ upgrades, and troubleshooting.
