* Misión del cargo: Implementar procesos de People & Culture, cumpliendo lineamientos de marca y normatividad, posicionando a IKEA como gran empleador.
* Funciones del cargo: 1.- Atraer, seleccionar y contar con el mejor talento de acuerdo a los valores y cultura de IKEA 2.- Coordinar el programa de onboarding de nuevos colaboradores para asegurar la mejor acogida y la adquisición de los conocimientos necesarios para desempeñar sus funciones 3.- Gestionar y coordinar el desarrollo del plan de formación anual, implementar parte de las formaciones y realizar el seguimiento correspondiente, así como promover el desarrollo de los colaboradores con el fin de garantizar el concepto de desarrollo individual y del grupo de IKEA.
4.- Proponer estrategias para mejorar todos los procesos que se llevan a cabo en las diferentes áreas, generando valor y mejorando la experiencia de los coworkers.
5.- Atender y gestionar las solicitudes de los colaboradores relacionadas con el área (vacaciones, novedades de nómina, incapacidades, etc).
6.- Liderar y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los coworkers de IKEA para contribuir a una marca fuerte y relevante en el país.
