Operations Associate (Planificador de viajes) Acerca del puesto Operations Associate (Planificador de viajes) Estamos en búsqueda de un asociado de operaciones para unirse a nuestro equipo en Bogotá.
En esta posición, trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo y nuestra red de operadores globales para planificar y ejecutar viajes grupales inolvidables dentro de nuestras verticales de MBA, Bienestar y Creadores (Influencers).
Manejarás una variedad de tareas, como hacer llamadas de ventas, administrar reservas y pagos, armar itinerarios detallados y fomentar una conexión profunda con nuestros clientes manteniéndolos informados durante todo el proceso de reserva.
Responsabilidades Realizar llamadas de ventas consultivas para comprender las necesidades del cliente y combinarlas con estrategias.
Gestionar reservas, pagos y solicitudes especiales para clientes y proveedores.
Crear itinerarios detallados y garantizar una documentación precisa.
Optimizar continuamente las experiencias de viaje en función de los comentarios y las tendencias del mercado.
Ayudar en el desarrollo e implementación de nuevos productos y servicios de viajes.
Requisitos Mínimos 1-3 años de experiencia en un campo relevante.
Se prefiere experiencia de cara al cliente.
Pasión por los viajes y la creación de experiencias inmersivas.
Habilidades organizativas excepcionales y atención al detalle.
Automotivado con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en un entorno remoto.
Pensador rápido y solucionador creativo de problemas.
