Chiper es una startup tecnológica presente en Colombia, México y Brasil.
La plataforma ofrece productos de consumo masivo a precios directos desde fabricantes hasta negocios independientes como tiendas de barrio, licoreras, mini mercados, etc.
Nuestro propósito es crear puentes entre personas de ingresos medios y bajos que buscan mejores alternativas para comprar sus bienes de primera necesidad, sus necesidades y oportunidades de modelos tradicionales y obsoletos con tecnología, siempre pensando en ese usuario final y sus alternativas.
Nuestra inspiración es el comprador final que se abastece en estos negocios independientes.
Chiper nació como proyecto en 2018 y en 2019 se lanzó como empresa.
Hemos tenido un crecimiento acelerado constante y buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo emprendedores que sueñan con comerse el mundo, que disfrutan de un entorno de incertidumbre y cocreación.

**Sé parte de un equipo en el que serás**:
Responsable del diseño, parametrización e identificación de los procesos claves del negocio de la compañía.
Desarrollo de la función de Control Interno, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos, identificando los gabs y desviaciones a las políticas y estándares establecidos.
**Tu principales responsabilidades serán**:

- Desarrollo y establecimiento de metodología de control de procesos y procedimientos de la compañía.
- Identificación de los procesos actualmente establecidos en Chiper, validando su actual documentación y actualizando de ser requerido.
- Diseñar documentación de procesos actuales de la compañía, desarrollando conjuntamente con las áreas los procedimientos y controles requeridos para su implementación, seguimiento y control.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos y documentación de procesos y procedimientos de la compañía.
- Diseño del plan de control interno de la compañía, según los lineamientos del CFO y el comité ejecutivo.
- Desarrollar auditorías internas de procesos y cumplimiento según el plan de control interno y cualquier solicitud especial del comité ejecutivo.
- Desarrollar informe de recomendaciones a los hallazgos de las auditorías con un plan de acción acordado con fechas y kpi´s para su seguimiento.
- Alineación con el área Legal y de Cumplimiento en los requisitos y seguimientos requeridos por los entes de control y vigilancia.
**Formación Certificable**:
Administrador, contador, ingeniero o carreras afines.
**Experiência de**:
5 años en auditoría y control Interno y 3 años mínimo en el diseño de procesos y procedimientos.
**Estamos buscando las siguientes habilidades**:

- Estudios de control interno y auditoría
- Desarrollo y diseño de procesos y procedimientos
- Inglés avanzado
- Software para el Desarrollo y diseño de procesos y procedimientos
- Manejo avanzado de Excel, Visio y herramienta de diseño de procesos
