We are looking for our next Product Owner - Collections to be part of a high-performance team whose main responsibilities will be: Define and prioritize the product backlog.
Create a product roadmap defining the MVP and future releases.
Collaborate with the development team.
Final decision-maker regarding the functionalities and features of the product.
Analyze and design new business processes, improve existing processes, identify gaps, and create change proposals.
Main liaison between the development team and external stakeholders such as clients, users, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure that the product meets the established requirements and expectations.
Support and training after the solution implementation.
Recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and career development of our BAs.
We expect the candidate to possess the following characteristics: 8 years of experience in digital collections products for fintech.
MBA is desirable.
