Descripción de Funciones y/o Responsabilidades del Cargo Presentar propuesta presupuestal y sus actualizaciones durante el año.
Gestión de pedidos en la aplicativo definido para tal fin, para la ejecución presupuestal.
Definir las provisiones mensuales de los servicios y validar su cierre contable.
Seguimiento de Cartera con los proveedores de arriendo y servicios públicos con pago transferencia.
Consecución, validación y radicación de facturas o cuentas de cobro de proveedores de arriendo.
Seguimiento al pago de los servicios habilitados en los nodos y reporte al proveedor.
Seguimiento a la domiciliación periódica de servicios públicos nuevos y solicitar actualización de topes del servicio, si es necesario.
Seguimiento mensual a los consumos de energía o acueducto excedidos para identificación de posibles reclamaciones al proveedor.
Seguimiento a los resultados de migración de servicio.
Cualquier otra asignación que le sea encomendada.
Competencias Educación: Profesional administración de empresas, contador o carreras afines.
Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
Nivel intermedio.
Formación técnica deseable para el cargo: Relaciones con operadores de servicios públicos.
Experiencia: 2 años de experiencia en validación de facturación y pago proveedores.
Volumen mayor a 300 facturas/mes, definición y control del presupuestal, Seguimiento de cartera y aplicación de pagos, Validación de contratos y sus condiciones comerciales.
Habilidades: Flexibilidad y adaptación, orientación a resultados, trabajo en equipo, Comunicación Eficaz, Rigurosidad en la tarea.
