Softtek Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia We're looking for an Actuarial Engineer - VBA Scripting Senior to join our team
Requirements Must have: SQL Server Git Excel VBA Nice to have: Python or R Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for our Actuarial systems, with a primary focus on the Cost Product vendor application.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Actuarial systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements and bug fixes in the Actuarial systems.
Provide training and support to end-users of the Actuarial systems, ensuring they can effectively utilize the systems for their respective tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Actuarial, Finance, and IT, to gather requirements, implement changes, and improve system functionality.
Monitor system performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization strategies.
Document system processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
