We are currently searching for a Manufacturing/Operational Technology Security Project Manager : Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the design, delivery, and sustainment of our client's Manufacturing Security initiative .
Collaborate with business leaders, Manufacturing & Supply Chain engineering, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
Ensure adherence to IT and Operational Technology (OT) security best practices .
Establish and maintain program governance for effective communication, decision-making, and issue resolution.
Evaluate IT and OT architecture, designs, and processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, financial, and reputational risks .
Manage vendor relationships, overseeing supplier service changes and technology deployments .
Lead the rollout of IT/OT governance processes and global implementation strategies .
Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet defined requirements and business goals.
Work with implementation partners to ensure timely, high-quality project execution and resolve conflicts.
Manage project scope, timeline, and outcomes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies .
Optimize resource allocation , prioritize tasks, and enforce security standards .
Provide regular project reports on achievements, challenges, risks, and financial discrepancies, including mitigation strategies.
Requirements 8+ years of experience leading complex Operational Technology (OT) and IT projects involving systems, processes, and suppliers .
PMP or PMI certification is required .
Strong vendor management experience , including implementing supplier service changes .
Proven experience in global IT/OT technology deployment, governance rollouts, and process changes .
In-depth knowledge of Information Security programs, processes, technologies, and governance .
Expertise in security industry standards , including: ISA 62443 series, NIST 800-82, NIST SP 8183a, NIST SP 800-161r1, and HMI experience is required .
Excellent communication and writing skills , with the ability to articulate issues and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive collaboration and ensure project success.
Experience working in high-level, collaborative environments , fostering a solution-driven mentality .
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation , policies, procedures, and security standards.
Desired Master's degree is preferred.
Experience in evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and developing business cases for program funding .
Languages: Advanced English.
Native Spanish.
