In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape narratives, enhance visual storytelling, and bring ideas to life through high-quality video editing.
As part of our team, you'll work on a variety of projects, collaborating with creatives to deliver engaging content that resonates with audiences.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys problem-solving , as well as someone who can balance creativity with efficiency.

Transform raw footage into engaging, well-paced content.
Enhance storytelling with visual effects, transitions, and animations.
Ensure color correction, sound design, and audio mixing meet professional standards.
Adapt videos for different platforms, including social media, web, and advertising.
Manage multiple projects with a structured approach and meet deadlines.
Work closely with the creative team to align content with brand messaging.
Incorporate feedback effectively to refine and optimize video output.
Creative Direction & Problem-Solving Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to video production.
Maintain a strong balance between creativity, storytelling, and efficiency.
Keep up with industry trends and apply innovative editing techniques.
Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
Ability to work independently , stay organized, and take ownership of projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A good eye for aesthetics , motion design , and pacing .
Creative problem-solving mindset and adaptability to different editing styles.
Experience creating content for social media, ads, or branded storytelling.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Familiarity with sound design and audio editing .
Enthusiasm for experimenting with new formats and creative trends.
