At trades.org, we help trade professionals (general contractors, plumbers, electricians) start, run, and grow their small businesses.
We're looking for a skilled Web Application Designer who wants to join our global team and help us create a seamless and intuitive user experience for our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user interface and user experience for our customer portal.
You will collaborate with our development team to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that effectively communicate information and enable our customers to easily manage their businesses.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating interface designs that align with our brand identity and messaging (simple, straightforward)
- Developing user flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
- Designing input and display interfaces and process wizards
- Working with our development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Analyzing user feedback and behavior data to continually improve the user experience

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- fluency in English, Spanish, or both
- expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- an eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly designs
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TailwindCSS
- agile development methodologies
- responsive design principles
- data visualization and dashboard design

- Diseño de interfaces de entrada y visualización y asistentes de proceso
- Trabajar con nuestro equipo de desarrollo para garantizar que los diseños se implementen con precisión.
