Deberá contar con al menos 3 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados como Sourcing Manager, Manager Procurement o posiciones afines.
El Sourcing Manager trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el Category Manager para definir y ejecutar la estrategia de la categoría asignada a nivel nacional, gestionando el gasto y desarrollando iniciativas orientadas al ahorro y la evitación de costos.
Además, será responsable de la implementación de iniciativas tanto globales como locales de la categoría, así como de la gestión de los procesos de aprovisionamiento tácticos y estratégicos.
El rol incluye la supervisión del cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos para la categoría, con énfasis en la optimización de costos en el país y en la ampliación de los gastos gestionados.
Se requiere un profesional con experiencia en el sector salud, diagnóstico o farmacéutico, y otro profesional con experiencia en la negociación de categorías tales como IT, logística, servicios financieros, servicios profesionales, marketing e insumos.
