Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and self-managed Front-End Developer – Angular & UI Expert to join our development team.
In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing high-quality, user-centric interfaces for web applications.
Leveraging your expertise in Angular and modern UI technologies, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Angular and advanced UI technologies.
Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Design and build custom Angular components and ensure seamless integration with back-end APIs.
Leverage your knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and UX principles to craft visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Optimize front-end performance for speed and responsiveness.
Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing debugging tools to maintain a seamless user experience.
Work closely with software architects and team members to ensure alignment on technical direction and implementation.
Stay updated with the latest UI trends and technologies, incorporating them into your development practices to foster creativity and user-focused improvements.
Continuously propose and implement creative solutions to enhance user experience and interface design.
Participate in Agile ceremonies to align with team goals and deliverables.
Requirements Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Angular and UI technologies.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, CSS, and HTML5.
Proven ability to design and develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
Experience collaborating with back-end teams to ensure seamless front-end/back-end integration.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Advanced level of English (B2 or higher) with good communication and collaboration abilities.
A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continually improving skills.
Experience working with Agile Methodologies (Scrum Framework).
Proactive and self-managed mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL for retrieving and managing data effectively.
Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material Design, PrimeNG, Tailwind CSS) to ensure consistency and high-quality UI implementations.
Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks and pre-processors (e.g., SCSS) to craft visually appealing and maintainable stylesheets.
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools for collaborating on UI/UX mockups and prototypes.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques for modern web applications, focusing on rendering speed and responsiveness.
Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and continuous integration processes to deliver robust and reliable code.
Experience using JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
Soft Skills: Proactive and self-managed mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
