In this role you will work with an exciting startup using drones to provide data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites.

The RoleWe are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to support our U.S.-based marketing and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, managing email campaigns, coordinating events with high attention to detail, and collaborating with sales teams for digital outreach as directed by our Growth Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and possesses outstanding experience with HubSpot, website design/editing, landing pages, social marketing, and content creation.
Familiarity with swag design and distribution is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans in alignment with company goalsTrack and analyze performance metrics (ROI, conversions, engagement) to optimize campaignsEmail MarketingYou will support our Growth Marketing Manager in a variety of tasks/projects as directed for digital outreach to support our GTM effortsCreate and manage email campaigns using HubSpot or similar toolsSegment audiences, automate workflows, and optimize open/click-through ratesWebsite Design & EditingMaintain and update company websites, ensuring a seamless user experienceCollaborate with designers and developers to implement new features, fix bugs, and improve site performanceContent MarketingWork with the content team to develop blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and other resourcesMaintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channelsEvent Management & CoordinationOrganize and execute both online and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferencesManage event logistics, marketing collateral, and post-event follow-up strategiesSocial MarketingOversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
to increase brand awareness and engagementDevelop and curate engaging content, monitor community feedback, and track social metricsDigital Outreach & SDR CollaborationCoordinate closely with SDR (Sales Development Representatives) to develop targeted outreach campaignsLeverage digital channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
to generate and nurture leadsLanding Pages & HubSpotDesign, build, and optimize landing pages to support lead generation and nurture funnelsManage HubSpot integrations, reporting, and marketing automation tools to streamline campaign effortsSwag ManagementCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop branded merchandiseCoordinate swag distribution for events, client gifts, and employee onboardingQualifications and AttributesEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred4+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar roleSkills & CompetenciesFluent in English, including exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilitiesTechnical: Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms), website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing toolsDesign: Familiarity with basic web design principles, HTML/CSS, or the ability to coordinate with design teamsEvents: Proven experience organizing, promoting, and executing virtual and in-person eventsSocial Media: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel social campaignsAnalytics: Strong data interpretation skills; experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms a plusPersonal AttributesCreative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independentlyAbout the CompanyOdisea fue fundada bajo la creencia de que las empresas increíbles solo pueden ser construidas sobre la base de una cultura intencional cultivada por personas excelentes.
