We are looking for a specialist in remote monitoring to help our deployed robots through our online platform, as well as receive customer requests and calls, making sure the experience with the robot is extraordinary.
This role has a great impact on the future growth of our company as we deploy robots in the field.
The candidate will work hand in hand with experienced staff in customer service in the area of robotics and will be supported by an experienced team of veterans and programmers throughout their professional growth, always aiming at the success of our clients.
Our ideal candidate is analogically like an "eagle" who can watch out for robots in the field, quickly identify problems and transfer them to the right person on the Avidbots team.
Main tasks:Supervise our fleet of deployed robots remotely identifying issues and solving them using our internal tools.Record and document remote monitoring events (filing fault reports, etc.
)Investigate and suggest improvements to internal tools and other processes.Requirements:Fluent in conversational English (intermediate to advanced level)Background in customer service.
