Empresa de inversiones alternativas en el mercado inmobiliario en el sur de los Estados Unidos, requiere hombre o mujer con enfoque proactivo y alto nível de atención al detalle en el análisis de la información financiera, que le permitan recopilar y analizar datos del mercado para identificar y comprender tendencias, riesgos potenciales y oportunidades de inversión actuales y de nuevos negocios.
**Requisitos**:

- **_Experiência mínima de 5 años en: Inversiones alternativas, real state, modelamiento financiero y valoración de empresas, análisis de inversión y valoración de activos financieros.

- **_Conocimientos en Quickbooks, data analytics y esquemas financieros.

- **_Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y excel avanzado _**:

- **_Inglés avanzado - C1 / Conversacional - Lectoescritura

**_Estudios: _**Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía o áreas afines
