By joining our team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our backend infrastructure using Node.js (NestJS), PostgreSQL, and various AWS services. This role requires a passion for software development and a mentality of starting with the client in mind first.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust backend applications using Node.js (NestJS) and TypeORM.
Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and implement caching strategies using Redis.
Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for scalable deployments.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure seamless development and deployment.
Work within an MVC software architecture, ensuring clean code structure and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Monday.com in a project management framework that blends Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Ensure best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and NestJS.
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and experience working with Redis for caching.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS).
Experience using Terraform for infrastructure management.
Proficiency with GitHub for version control and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
Strong understanding of MVC architecture and best practices in software design.
Experience working in agile environments, particularly a Scrum-Kanban hybrid model.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
