*Fully Remote – Must be able to work in EST, CST or PST Search Atlas is looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to create sleek, high-performing designs that elevate both our internal and client projects.
If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do: Lead UI/UX strategy and full design for websites and landing pages, ensuring intuitive user experiences, seamless navigation, and conversion-driven layouts.
Apply CRO best practices to optimize digital assets, A/B test designs, and refine user interactions for maximum performance.
Develop visually compelling designs for social media campaigns, paid ads, and marketing assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and user engagement goals.
Create high-impact motion graphics and animations for ads, websites, and social media to enhance storytelling and user interaction.
Design for digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance-driven channels, focusing on engagement and conversion.
Oversee design projects from concept to execution, maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards.
What We're Looking For: Must be available to work in EST, CST, or PST.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
Expert experience in UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping with a deep understanding of user behavior and conversion tactics.
A sharp eye for design aesthetics, coupled with data-driven problem-solving skills for CRO implementation.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, interpret data insights, and iterate designs for performance improvements.
Agency experience is a plus.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
