Lunes a viernes de 8 am a 5 pm
- **Descripción**:_

Contactar a proveedores médicos y clientes para solicitar la información necesaria de cada factura y/o registro en el sistema, con el propósito de actualizar y hacer seguimiento.
Además, redactar autorizaciones para la firma del cliente y realizar seguimiento posterior, todo con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia del proceso y garantizar una gestión financiera más precisa

**Responsabilidades**:
1.
Contactar proveedores para hacer seguimiento a facturas medicas e historiales médicos.
2.
Crear, componer y tipificar autorizaciones para que el cliente las firme haciendo el respectivo seguimiento.
3.
Realizar seguimiento a los procedimientos realizados para garantizar la correcta gestión y los SLA adecuados.
4.
Verificar la exactitud de los datos recopilados de proveedores médicos y pacientes.
5.
Organizar y mantener un registro detallado de todas las autorizaciones firmadas por los clientes.
