At lean Solutions Group, we´re looking for a Legal Assistant in Cartagena
If you have six months or more of experience in Customer Service or as a Legal Assistant you're our ideal candidate
We're looking for someone with a B2 level of English, a great attitude, empathy, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
Availability to work on-site is required.
What will you do?
Provide legal administrative support to our team.
Assist clients with inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Manage and organize legal documents.
Handle communications with the clients.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Requirements: Previous experience as a legal assistant, Customer Service or in a related field.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
B2 or higher English proficiency (spoken and written).
Proficiency in office software tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
