**DESCRIPCION DEL CARGO**
Estamos buscando un Appointment Setter (concertador de citas - bilingüe) quien será responsable de ponerse en contacto con nuevos clientes potenciales, así como con clientes anteriores, y desarrollar buenas relaciones para conseguir apuntar una cita con los representantes de ventas o fidelizar al cliente en el acto.

**RESPONSABILIDADES Y REQUISITOS**:

- Nível de inglés avanzado
- Llamadas en frío y prospección.
- Se espera que las responsabilidades se lleven a cabo con una supervisión mínima y que se manejen de manera profesional.
- Debe ser capaz de establecer prioridades y trabajar dentro de un marco de tiempo ya que muchas comunicaciones son sensibles al tiempo.
- Es esencial la capacidad de trabajar con los clientes y los compañeros de trabajo de forma respetuosa, amable, servicial y receptiva.
- Es imprescindible la discreción y la confidencialidad con los clientes.

Salario: $2.300.000 - $3.400.000 al mes
