You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.
How You Will Contribute You will: Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities.
Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring.
Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation.
Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products.
Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required.
Prepare customer solutions (e.g.
Tailor-made activations, events) in cooperation with the Customer Activation team.
Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations.

More About This Role What you need to know about this position: Análisis robusto de datos y comportamiento del consumidor junto con las tendencias de mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en la categoría.
Desarrollar estrategias de crecimiento de la categoría, en alineación con los objetivos de la compañía y del retail, con base en las necesidades del Shopper.
Asesorar y brindar información procesable al detallista (retail) como información de mercado, shopper insights para entregar recomendaciones basadas en hechos e informes de productos, precios, zonas, entre otros; siempre velando por los objetivos y crecimientos de la categoría.
Liderar el roll out/Implementación de los planes de Category Management en el punto de venta en las categorías que la compañia participa.
Desarrollar los planogramas/lay outs del MT en las categorías que la cia participa.
(KPI clave: SOS>=SOM).
Realizar presentaciones de resultados y análisis a equipos internos y socios estratégicos para alinear los esfuerzos en torno a la categoría.
What extra ingredients you will bring: Education / Certifications: Egresado de Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística, Comercial, Marketing, Económica o carreras afines.
Job specific requirements: Experiencia de 1-2 años en roles de Analista de datos, Category Management, Marketing o Gestión de Inventarios.
Manejo de excel avanzado y conocimientos en herramientas de análisis de datos (como Power Bl, Tableau).
Capacidad analítica.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Orientación a resultados y habilidades para resolver problemas.
Experiencia en Consumo Masivo.
