Tus principales funciones serán… Seguimiento a todas las inversiones asociadas a Gastos de Publicidad y Promoción ejecutado por los equipos de marketing, trade marketing y merchandising para todos los mercados del Cluster (Centro América y Región Andina)Asegurar qué a nivel financiero se refleje la estrategia de cada una de las marcas y mercadosConstrucción y presentación de indicadores financierosasociados a las inversiones de las 16 marcas de la división y divididas en 4 categoríasGarantizar los impactos correctos en el P&L, el cumplimiento de los calendarios de reporte y construcción de presupuestos y cierres de gastos reales y análisis de información financieraTrabajar de forma estratégica con todos los equipos para garantizar la toma de decisiones de manera correctaEjecución y/o participación en proyectos que busquen optimización o mejoras de formas de trabajo u optimización de recursosCumples los requisitos… Profesional en Administración y/o FinanzasExperiencia de más de 4 años en análisis financiero, KPIS y manejo de equipo, construcción y seguimiento de P&L, Balances y Estados de resultadoExcel avanzadoCapacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.Proactividad y orientación a resultados.Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.Te consideras qué… Eres estratégico, sabes que te debes anticipar a las necesidades del negocio y encontrar soluciones rápidas y efectivas que te lleven a tus objetivos.
