Job Description As a Marketing Assistant , you will support marketing initiatives at John F. Schuster LLC, a fast-growing e-commerce company.
Your role includes managing campaigns, tracking projects with Go High Level and ClickUp, and editing videos for social media.
This is a hands-on opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Your Daily Tasks Manage Go High Level and ClickUp to execute and track marketing campaigns.
Assist in creating social media content, including basic video editing for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Design and update marketing materials and product graphics.
Support marketing analytics by reporting on key metrics to optimize campaigns.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, research, and reporting.
Provide customer support for inquiries related to marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with a five-person marketing team to execute branding strategies.
Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Proficiency in Go High Level and ClickUp (preferred).
Basic video editing skills for social media content.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
