The Position We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at FullStack.
As a Sales Development Representative with FullStack, you'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (ideal customer profile).
You'll quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make someone a great fit for our services.
In addition, you'll be following a proven, successful process for cold prospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and yes, cold-calling.
You'll be scheduling meetings for our Director of Inside Sales and as you learn more about our company and services, you'll eventually get promotion opportunities.
We use tools like Apollo, Hippo Video, G-Suite, Hubspot, and a VOIP system.
In your first week, you will learn our sales tools and processes, be trained on our service offerings, and start sending emails, texts, and making cold calls.
In your second week, you make 100+ cold calls.
In your third week, you will book a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects.
By your second month, you will book at least eight meetings per month.
What You'll Be Doing Identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (ideal customer profile).
Researching customer profiles to determine fit for services.
Following a proven process for cold prospecting using various communication methods.
Scheduling meetings for the Director of Inside Sales.
Using sales tools and processes effectively to achieve targets.
Making 100+ cold calls in your second week and booking meetings in subsequent weeks.
What We're Looking For +1 year of experience as an SDR, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.
A hunter's mentality and expertise in identifying and prospecting new accounts.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Resilience and capability to learn from failures.
Competitive nature with a drive to achieve and help the team succeed.
High energy and positive attitude.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
