This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work half the time virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires or Bogotá office.

What the day will look like Analyze and interpret business demands to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
Identify and correct vulnerabilities in applications to ensure security and compliance.

Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize tasks optimally.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Understanding of SQL and experience working with various applications.
Familiarity with JIRA and experience in the development lifecycle.
Intermediate English.
