Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring the seamless delivery of services, optimizing workflows, and managing a team of professionals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and deliver high-quality outcomes for our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, from patient registration to collections.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of RCM professionals to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and operational efficiency.
Analyze and optimize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, develop customized strategies, and ensure satisfaction with RCM services.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
Develop and manage operational budgets and resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver cost-effective solutions.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance metrics, operational improvements, and client outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement within the department.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of RCM processes, healthcare regulations, billing systems, and insurance verification.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve operational goals and client satisfaction.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Experience with healthcare IT systems and revenue cycle management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, AthenaHealth, etc.).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
