Marketing Operations Specialist: We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support an extraordinary team of marketers and ensure our marketing processes are efficient and effective.
This role requires a passion for the technical aspects of marketing, along with the ability to fully utilize and optimize our marketing technology stack to improve operational effectiveness.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in marketing operations and data management, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
Your expertise in marketing technology and data analysis will be instrumental in supporting our growth and achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the Marketing Tech Stack: Monitor our marketing technology landscape, identifying new technologies, managing current tools, and ensuring they align with our goals.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Optimize Marketing Processes: Design, implement, and refine marketing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage Data for Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize marketing performance, and develop robust reporting mechanisms.
Maintain Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of the database to ensure data cleanliness, perform data cleansing tasks, and implement data augmentation, transformation, and normalization programs.
Improve System Integrations: Ensure seamless data flows between marketing systems, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and resolve any integration issues.
Develop Marketing Strategies: Implement marketing strategies within HubSpot, including lead scoring models, multi-touch nurturing programs, advanced segmentation, and automated email campaigns.
Support Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns, including email and nurture journeys.
Create Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate documentation for marketing processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Manage Projects: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously to support various marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
Proven proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
Proficient in English C1-C2.
