Su misión es innovar y transformar la forma en que las organizaciones se relacionan con las personas, creando soluciones que impulsan la transformación digital de sus clientes.
Actualmente y debido a su expansión están buscando un Regional Company Lead para la región de LATAM.
Reportando directamente al CEO de la compañía y con ubicación en Bogotá, Colombia, su principal propósito será impulsar una visión estratégica a largo plazo orientada al éxito y crecimiento de la región.
Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio cultivando relaciones profundas con stakeholders de interés, para desarrollar la propuesta de valor y fortalecer una cultura centrada en las personas y la innovación.
Principales Funciones:
Liderar planes de acción alineados con los objetivos globales de la organización, estableciendo mecanismos que permitan identificar retos y oportunidades en todo el ecosistema.
Desarrollar un plan comercial robusto y realista que se ejecuta con precisión, transformando oportunidades puntuales en relaciones sostenibles.
Integrar e impulsar los valores de nuestra cultura organizacional centrada en las personas al liderar estrategias de Employee Experience que impulsen la fidelización y crecimiento del talento en la organización.
Capacidades y Conocimientos
Profesional especializado y apasionado por la industria digital en sectores de Marketing, Publicidad y RRPP, ADE, Consultoría o afines.
Experiência probada en roles de liderazgo de operaciones y equipos a nível regional y multicultural, con responsabilidad transversal en proyectos, presupuestos y personas.
Experiência en gestión empresarial, muy valorada en entornos Startup y/o proyectos de emprendimiento vinculados al desarrollo de nuevos negocios, se valorará la red de contactos.
Experiência probada en procesos comerciales y consecución de planes de ventas en la industria de marketing digital, experiência de consumidor, proyectos de transformación digital.
Conocimientos de portafolio de servicios de una agencia digital: conocimientos del mercado, servicios de MKT, comunicación y publicidad digital (CX, Branding, e-commerce, transactional, data-BI).
Valorable conocimientos en consultoría de proyectos digitales y transformación digital, así como venta consultiva.
Altas capacidades de presentación, negociación y gestión de conflictos a través de la comunicación asertiva y no violenta.
Nível profesional y conversacional de Inglés.
Deseable Portugués (Brasil)
Experiência colaborando y liderando equipos de perfiles multidisciplinares con alto nível de autogestión y estructuras de equipos horizontales, híbridos o remotas, basadas en relaciones profesionales de confianza que potencian la flexibilidad y productividad.
Comodidad para el uso diario de herramientas digitales para la gestión de proyectos y el liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.
