¿Cómo lo hacemos?
Utilizando nuestra propia tecnología: Adsmurai Marketing Platform (AMP), diseñada para apoyar en todo el ciclo a nuestros Digital Account Managers.
Nuestra plataforma nos permite tener acceso a diferentes herramientas de Benchmarks, Forecasts, Control Budget, Reporting así como funcionalidades de Feed y Creatividades diseñadas para llevar las campañas a otro nível.

- Has gestionado campañas de Paid Media en Facebook, Instagram y Google.
- Tienes experiência dentro de un departamento de Service de una compañía tecnológica o tienes experiência en consultoría de Customer Success.
- Tienes conocimientos de publicidad digital y te apasionan las nuevas tecnologías, los avances en herramientas y técnicas de desarrollo.
- Eres proactivo y capaz de planificar y ejecutar una serie compleja de actividades.
- Tienes un nível de inglés fluido.
Portugués es un plus.
- Entiendes con facilidad las necesidades de un cliente y sabes realizar propuestas que le aportan valor.
- Tienes habilidades interpersonales y un enfoque práctico.Tienes una actitud flexible, mostrando adaptabilidad al cambio.
**Funciones y responsabilidades**:
- Onboardings y seguimiento con clientes.
- Novedades de best practices en catálogo de productos de ecommerce.
- Herramientas y workflow.
- Medición de la eficacia del éxito de los clientes.
- Definición de nuevos procesos y herramientas que mejoren la experiência del usuario en AMP.
