About the role Design, manage, control, administer and comply with DING's operational processes, in accordance with the policies, service agreements and procedures agreed with the different areas of the company, in such a way as to guarantee compliance with service levels and provide timely attention to customers, guaranteeing impeccability in the service, conciliatory logic and operational alerts.
What you will do Lead the operational team of financial reconciliations with the respective processes associated with DING.
Generate the policies, procedures and service level agreements that are required for the operation and processes in charge.
Manage interdisciplinary work groups, associated with the ongoing projects of the operation, from the perspective of the processes in charge, generating alerts, action plans and follow-up on the issues that arise.
Establish the SLAs of the operations area accompanying the business needs and taking into account the installed capacity of your work team.
Hire the equipment required for the company's operation and manage the capacity of the area to guarantee the timely provision of the service and compliance with the SLAs agreed with customers.
Lead the integrations that are required for the provision of the service and attention to the regulation that governs the SEDPE's. Evaluate, control and improve the processes inherent to the value chain.
Detect inconsistencies and make corrections in the exercise and fulfillment of their functions and those of the operations team.
Validate that electronic deposit and acquiring operations are carried out correctly.
Guarantee the correct interbank reconciliation associated with the products handled in the organization.
Consolidate, analyze and present periodic reports reflecting the behavior of the company's operations.
Guarantee the correct documentation of the processes in charge, complying with organizational standards and policy.
Monitor compliance with the defined times for the timely processing of the requests and requirements of the regulatory entities of the operation of the SEDPE.
Contribute to the design of the different product solutions and validate that the minimum operating conditions are met when receiving the final product.
Propose, lead and certify functionality of projects with process improvements.
Monitor compliance with the policies, standards, procedures and instructions approved for the proper functioning of the operation.
Guarantee timely and adequate customer service in the operation.
Carry out the monitoring of the operation, analysis of the indicators and development of action plans that support the product in accordance with the levels of service offered.
What you need to succeed Professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
5 years of experience in operations within the financial or payment services sector.
Strong communication and project management skills, with experience in personnel management.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, financial reconciliations, process documentation, and payment methods.
Leadership abilities, incident management expertise, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
