Job Summary: Remote IT Specialist needed to provide technical support, manage cloud infrastructure, handle procurement, and support internal tool development.
Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm EST.
Responsibilities: Provide technical support to non-technical teams.
Create and manage cloud infrastructure.
Maintain hardware database.
CRM Support.
Handle procurement.
Support internal tool development.
Address process/product issues.
Conduct research projects.
Requirements: 2-4 years of IT systems experience.
Procurement experience.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Assets: Experience with cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
Windows virtualization infrastructure management.
Technical customer support.
Experience with CAD software.

Compensation: Monthly payment of 4,500,000 to 5,500,000 COP.
