Descripción The ideal candidate will support the recruitment team in pre-screening, screening, and documentation processes for various job openings.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced recruitment environment.Assist in pre-screening and reviewing resumes to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for open positions.Coordinate and manage the documentation process for candidates, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and organized.Maintain accurate records of candidates throughout the recruitment process.Support recruitment team in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.Prepare reports and assist in recruitment-related tasks as needed.Perfil buscado (h/m) The successful Recruitment Analyst should have:
6 months experience as a Recruiter.Professional degree and advanced English level.Solid ability to conduct pre-screenings.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong decision-making skills.Qué Ofrecemos Salary of $3.000.000 COP per month.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare industry.6 months contract.Monday to Friday, 100% on site.
