Sales Manager estara a cargo del equipo de ventas de Life Sciences en Colombia, siendo responsable por ejecutar exitosamente las estrategias de la compania acorde a cada una de las divisiones de negocio., asegurando el crecimiento del pais, en base a los lineamientos de la compañia.
Sera clave en el relacionamiento con clientes internos y externos, toma de decisiones, desarrollo de cuentas criticas y acompañamiento de proyectos comerciales en el pais.
Sus tareas consittiran en:

- Desarrollar y promover en su equipo relaciones estrategicas con clientes de referencia, en ambito de investigacion, industrial y clinicos para posiconar Thermo Fisher como la solucion elegida para sus proyectos
- Alinear propuestas especificas en base a los objetivos de la compania trabajando con Marketing y con los Technical Sales Especialistas, de modo que asegure el alcance de los resultados esperados en ventas
- Trabajar de manera cercana con su equipo asegurando que todos conozcan las prioridades de desarrollo de negocios en Colombia, realizando regularmente revision de avances con los representantes de ventas, dando soporte para remocion de barreras en las negociaciones, desarrollando un equipo que alcance los mas altos estandares de trabajo.
- Responsable por consolidar el forecast de ventas de Colombia semanalmente con exactitud y proyeccion a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
- Resposable por organizar con su equipo las visitas a regiones, trabajo en campo y remoto para garantizar la llegada de nuestras marcas a todos los clientes de interes del pais.
- Evaluar posibles nuevos mercados a desarrollar y trabajar para incorporar nuevas metodologias de trabajo que permitan expandir nuestro portafolio en cleintes actuales o potenciales
- Trabajar con todas las areas de soporte y funcionales para brindar servicios que satisfagan a nuestros clientes de manera integral ( Atencion al cliente, servicio y soporte, supply chain, legal, ventas publicas, finanzas, Compliancey todas las areas de nuestra Cia que permitan superar barreras para un servicio superior e nuestros clientes)
- Reportar a la direccion regional de manera regular las necesidades del sector, cambios o anticipacion de potenciales conflictos a fin de promover y proponer soluciones
- Trabajar en la mejora continua, enfocado en mantener talentos, atraer talentos, mejorar procesos, introducir nuevas tacticas para ejecucion de estrategias y sostener un nível de comunicacion abierto con todos sus pares, directos y lideres
