Job Description As a Sales Operations Administrator , you will oversee internal sales processes, ensuring efficient order processing through email, phone, and procurement systems.
Supporting sales representatives in achieving targets, you'll also interact with clients to gather information, assist Finance with translations, and provide exceptional service to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring seamless and accurate sales operations.
Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite Term Type Contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM EST Work setup: Remote/Work From Home Your Daily Tasks Processing sales orders through multiple channels (email, phone, procurement systems) Validating and maintaining accurate sales data, purchase orders, and invoices Communicating with clients to gather missing information and resolve inquiries Collaborating with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries Maintaining sales records and customer databases Providing language support (Spanish & Portuguese) for Finance, Sales Operations, and Sales teams Managing direct and indirect quotes and purchase orders in Salesforce (SFDC) Using Fusion to process sales orders and generate invoices Assisting in end-of-quarter and end-of-fiscal-year sales cycles to ensure smooth operations Adhering to all processes and policies while maintaining professionalism during high-volume periods Reporting to the Team Leader, Order Operations Manager, and Sales Ops Director Requirements The Qualifications We Seek Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (written and verbal) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport via email and phone High proficiency in computer skills, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Internet-based tools and email platforms Strong organizational and time management skills Join Emapta Latam and contribute to our legacy of transforming global outsourcing.
