**JOB SUMMARY**

This position reports to the AMI Head and provides an important support for the AMI strategic plan development and implementation, being responsible of an academic program for injectors and the coordination of training courses based on the academic needs of the HCPs and on the main gaps identified in our brands, with the management of the Faculty group (speakers), who facilitate these trainings and with the follow-up and measurement of the academic progress of the HCPs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Implementation of the strategic plan of Medical Education for the facial Medical Aesthetics team
- Ø Collaborative working with Marketing & Medical Affairs in implementing the strategic goals for the AMI program for the facial medical aesthetics team- Ø Implementation of a series of tactics designed to advance HCP education of and experience with Medical Aesthetics facial products under the AMI program- Ø Close teamwork with district managers and sales force team to support tactical execution of strategic initiatives within the facial AMI portfolio2. Lead the strategic thinking and execution related to the AMI Digital world portal and other innovative digital technologies

Ø Work closely with the Multichannel Manager to ensure optimize user interface and user experience

Ø Work with AMI trainee to ensure appropriate analytics and tracking;
- Ø Optimize the offering on the portal via webinars, curricula, and trends;- Ø Leverage content from Regional team to ensure new and engaging content is constantly being offered to HCP’s to facilitate progression along an educational journey;- Ø Work with marketing, sales and digital team to evolve the digital offerings.3. Development and distribution of scientific and clinical material/tools

Ø Creation and adaptation of centrally approved scientific and clinical content for training materials to be used in Educational Workshops involving local HCPs;
Ø Periodic monitoring of market trends and competitive landscape to assess the need for revisions to the current scientific and clinical education materials;
4. Advancement and implementation of a faculty/KOL development program
- Ø Collaborative working with AMI Head, and in country contacts to identify new faculty and trainers- Ø Development of a deployment plan to partner with appropriate faculty for key clinical and scientific projects (including but not limited to podium presentations, training events and media)- Ø Update the development curriculum to offer advancement to our trainers and meet their needs for continuous up-skilling and new learnings.5. Support the KAM Manager to partner with Key Accounts to create bespoke medical education programs

6. Maintain knowledge of current and future Allergan products in the medical aesthetics facial area

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Bachelor of Science degree

Experience in the pharmaceutical & device industry, and /or fields related to training or education

Able to understand the clinical and scientific aspects of the aesthetics area
