Is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales team to generate new business. BDR would need to have a strong understanding of the nearshoring industry and be able to communicate the benefits of nearshoring to potential clients, such as cost savings and proximity to the United States. In addition, the BDR would need to have a solid grasp of the services that Sworkz provides to properly qualify and schedule meetings with potential clients.

Prospecting: Identifying potential clients through various channels, such as online research, referrals, events, and outreach campaigns.

Qualifying leads: Engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to assess if they are a good fit for the company's services.

Scheduling meetings: Coordinating and scheduling meetings between the sales team and potential clients to present the company's services and solutions.

Generating new business: Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to close deals and generate new business opportunities. This might entail attending Industry events in the USA.

Maintaining client relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities. This may entail visiting clients in the USA.

Market research: Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities.

Data management: Ensuring accurate and timely input of all client and prospect information into the company's CRM system.
