As a **Sr. Data Analyst** at our client's organization, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive sales and marketing while enabling their client's success efforts within the context of building the world’s most advanced marketing intelligence platform for growth.Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing customer experiences and facilitating data-driven decision-making across various departments.✊
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Analysis and Insights Generation**:
- Conduct in-depth analysis using advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights related to advertising spend attribution, customer journey mapping, and other key performance metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying factors influencing business outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
**Reporting and Visualization**:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Looker, providing stakeholders with a unified view of e-commerce data and key performance indicators.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear and concise presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify opportunities for optimization and growth based on data-driven insights.
- Interface with non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable analytical tasks.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying areas for process enhancement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, attribution modeling, and e-commerce analytics, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

- 4+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, Bonus points if experience is related to media buying. **(Must Have)**:
- **Programming Languages**: Advanced knowledge of programming languages like Python for data analysis. **(Must Have)**:
- **Data Visualization**: Experience with data visualization tools _preferably Looker_.**(Must Have)**:
- **Analytics Programming Skills**: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data, along with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.**(Must Have)**:
- **Data Warehousing**: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience in managing data warehouses. **(Nice to Have)**:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous or loosely defined problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**(Must Have)**:
- Experience interfacing with C-level executives and translating their strategic concerns into data-driven solutions. **(Must Have)
