**Position Summary**:
The QA/QC Representative a key member of the team in-charged with the design and implementation of the Quality & HSE Management System. The role of QA/QC Representative includes defining Quality Standards for all systems and complying to the same as well as Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement of the entire organization

**General Responsibilitie**:

- Comply always and fully with LIN SCAN HSE requirements
- Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first time)
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity and safeguard LIN SCAN trade secrets
- Respect and support fellow employees at all times
- Respond to changes positively (technical advancements as well as organizational adaptations)
- Act in such a manner that LIN SCAN’s reputation is highly respected
- Be results-oriented; alert others timely when a task may not produce the required result for LIN SCAN’s final product
- Follow LIN SCAN’s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments when required
- Assure timely and accurate reporting to LIN SCAN
- Identify training requirements

**Key Responsibilities & Authorities**:

- Be Annual Internal Audit as per corporate schedule
- Reporting on non-conformities to the Corporate QM/HSE Manager
- Quality assurance on day-to-day activities inside the department and QM/HSE requirements are followed
- Improvements observation/proposals and control of implementation
- Weekly observations reporting to the
- Designing and implementing all activities pertaining to Quality Corporate QM/HSE Manager as per the standards reports template

**Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Middle Management position, and worked in medium-size multi-national organization [between 200 to 500 people].
- Experience in QM and QC in companies that have non-standard production/assembly lines and that had to be very flexible in meeting all clients requirements
- Background in Engineering - Mechanical or Electronics, QM certificates
- With some international exposure
- NDT (MT & PT) Level 2 Qualification added advantage

**Accountability**:

- Taking accountability of product and process compliance
- Competent personnel in quality process( process and product)
- They work to not only find defects, but also to find the cause of the defect and develop a solution
