**Job Title Senior Software Engineer**

This is just the start. Hence, you’ll be a key player in defining technology stack, processes, and build our work environment from scratch
**How this opportunity is different**
You will have the opportunity to work with:
- Work with Frontend Engineers to build and deliver features
- Identify backend best practices
- Build efficient and reusable Back-end systems and abstractions
- Contribute to designing the architecture of our Back-end system
- Address performance issues
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on experience in software development.
- Mentor other junior engineers
- Have fun at work
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Expert Ruby coder
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Git version control export
- Experience on scaling and web performance.
- English speaking and writing skills
- Team player, really motivated with technical challenges
- Advanced English
